Advertisements are supposed to either teach you something about a new product or service or get you to buy something. In the case of this latest ad, the lesson is to always have Jason Statham and Gal Gadot on hand to defend your restaurant. Oh, and to carry significant insurance coverage.
In a new pre-Superbowl ad, Wix enlisted the services of Gadot (Wonder Woman) and Statham (Fate of the Furious) to do what they do best (via Heroic Hollywood). The ad is a lighthearted affair and pretty entertaining and is a perfect excuse for Gadot and Statham to show off their combat skills. If you weren’t already excited to see Wonder Woman throwdown in her upcoming solo film, you should be now.

Wonder Woman is directed by Patty Jenkins and is written by Allan Heinberg, Geoff Johns, and Zack Snyder. The DCEU continues with Wonder Woman opens in theaters on June 2, 2017, followed by Justice League on November 17, 2017; Aquaman on July 27, 2018; Shazam on April 5, 2019; Justice League 2 on June 14, 2019; Cyborg on April 3, 2020; and Green Lantern Corps on July 24, 2020. The Flash, The Batman, Dark Universe and Man of Steel 2 are currently without a release dates.
