The Apple Watch App Store inadvertently gave Pokemon Go players their first look at two Gen 3 Pokemon and spoiled what Pikachu will be wearing during the Halloween season.
An ad for Pokemon Go recently appeared on the Apple Watch App Store that shows Duskull and Sableye along with Gengar and Misdreaveus, further confirming that we'll have new Pokemon coming to the game in just a few days. The ad is technically are first look at Pokemon Go's "Gen 3" Pokemon, since it uses the same models as the game.
However, the big surprise in the ad is the presence of a Pikachu wearing a witch's cap, which suggests that Pikachu is getting yet another costume for the upcoming event. This is the fourth "costumed" Pikachu we've seen in Pokemon Go, joining Pikachu wearing a Santa cap, a birthday cap, and Ash Ketchum's hat from the anime.

More Halloween Clues
A datamine of Pokemon Go's last update "spoiled" the upcoming Halloween event, although fans have widely speculated that the event would coincide with a rollout of new Pokemon. We still don't know whether we're just getting a handful of new Pokemon or all 135 new Pokemon that first appeared in Pokemon Sapphire and Ruby.
The "Witch Hat" Pikachu is a bit of a surprise and suggests that Pokemon Go is pulling out all the stops for Halloween. The game is also changing the nighttime music to the creepy theme music from Lavender Town to also get into the mood. We'll probably find out what other surprises Pokemon Go has in store for the witching season later this week!
