Here’s Every New LEGO Set Launching On October 1st 2025

October 2025 is going to be much like last month for LEGO in that it doesn’t include a ton of new sets, but the sets that will be released are heavy hitters. In fact, it will include the LEGO Star Wars UCS Death Star (#75419), which is the heaviest wallet-hitter of all-time thanks to its eye-watering $1000 price tag. It will also include The LEGO Game Boy (#72046) set, which won’t break the bank at $60 and is sure to be hugely popular. We also know of at least two gift-with-purchase (GWP) promotions that will be up for grabs.

LEGO GWP Offers / Deals For October 2025

A breakdown of the Star Wars promotions tied to the release of the new UCS Death Star Set can be found below. At the time of writing, the only other known promotion option is the Celebration Series: Luminous Ghost (#40772), which doesn’t have an official release date or purchase requirement info, but we have to imagine that it will launch in October given the Halloween theme. (UPDATE: This promotion is live now on purchases of $120 or more. Ends on October 7th).

Star Wars GWP Set: All purchases of The LEGO Star Wars Death Star (75419) between 1 – 7^th October 2025, will include the LEGO Star Wars TIE Fighter with Imperial Hangar Rack (10+) (40771) as a gift with purchase. Or, all purchases before the GWP set sells out at least.
Limited-Edition Poster: LEGO Insiders members can pair their new LEGO Star Wars Death Star set with a limited edition, large-scale numbered print (only 5,000 available globally). It will be available here at LEGO for 5,000 points. Again, this is while stocks last. Members will receive a code to add to their next LEGO.com order. Code is valid for 60 days after redemption.
Earning Points: LEGO Insiders members can earn up to $50 USD worth of rewards when buying LEGO Star Wars Death Star, with values varying by currency.

The Best LEGO Sets Of October 2025

LEGO Star Wars UCS Death Star (#75419) – $999.99 / Order at LEGO (Available first to LEGO Insiders on October 1st, and to the general public on October 4th): The most expensive set LEGO has ever released is also the biggest Star Wars set that LEGO has ever produced with 9023 pieces, and the overall record holder for minifigures at 38. Basically, it includes a nod to pretty much ever major scene that tool place on the Death Star, including a Hot Tub Stormtrooper nod to the Star Wars video games.

LEGO Game Boy (#72046) – $59.99 / Order at LEGO: This is a 1:1 scale of Nintendo’s Iconic Game Boy handheld console complete with pressable buttons, swappable lenticular screens and a game slot that can accommodate brick-built The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening and Super Mario Land cartridges.

LEGO Ideas Gremlins Gizmo (21361) – $109.99 / Order at LEGO: Build Gizmo from the classic 1984 Gremlins film in 1125 pieces. It’s poseable, and can be assembled in a standing or seated position.To top it all off, the LEGO set includes a water splash element that can be attached to Gizmo’s back and a pair of brick-built 3D glasses like the ones Gizmo wore in the film.

LEGO Seasonal Sets For October 2025

October 2025 is also notable for being the release month for highly anticipated seasonal sets like the Holiday Express Train, Family Christmas Tree, and the Star Wars Gingerbread AT-AT Walker.
