The first trailer for Doctor Strange is here, and you know what that means: time to go frame by frame and see what secrets lie inside.
We have gone through the trailer for you, with over 35 still shots covering the full two minutes. The first twelve or so are fairly mundane, with Doctor Strange, played by Benedict Cumberbatch, a regular surgeon - until his hands are mangled in a terrible car accident.
Then things get weird.

Doctor Strange follows the story of neurosurgeon Doctor Stephen Strange who, after a horrific car accident, discovers the hidden world of magic and alternate dimensions.
Derrickson is directing with a cast that includes Cumberbatch as Dr. Stephen Strange, Tilda Swinton as The Ancient One, Chiwetel Ejiofor as Baron Mordo, Rachel McAdams as Christine Palmer, a.k.a. Night Nurse, Benedict Wong as Wong and Mads Mikkelsen will play an unspecified villain role.
Marvel's Doctor Strange will cast a spell on audiences November 4, 2016.
