Well, a new rumor seems to indicate that it is indeed true and that you’ll be able to see it this week.

After some keen sleuthing by Broadway World, they discovered the week’s upcoming schedule for Jimmy Kimmel Live, revealing a familiar guest will be gracing his set on Tuesday.

Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World‘s Chris Pratt will take a break from his busy schedule of helping Josh Gad get spoilers for Star Wars: The Last Jedi to discuss his latest film with Kimmel.

โ€จAnd according to the schedule, he’ll be bringing a new trailer for Guardians Vol. 2 with him.

Tuesday’s show is also supposed to include Catherine Zeta Jones and James Harden of the Houston Rockets, with musical guest Hank “The Knife” Knutley.

The report says the listing is subject to change, but we should find out more if they show advertisements during tonight’s Oscar Awards.

Both the Academy Awards and Jimmy Kimmel Live are aired on ABC, so they’ll want to promote the week’s lineup of guests during tonight’s award ceremony.

If you don’t want to watch Kimmel yuk it up with Pratt, Marvel Studios will likely post the trailer online later in the evening or early the next morning.

Hopefully this next trailer will include new footage and plot points so we can find out what kind of threat the gold-skinned Ayesha might pose in the second film. We’ve also yet to see Kurt Russell or Sylvester Stallone‘s characters in the film.
