Juggernaut is one of the most imposing X-Villains, mostly due to his sheer size and strength (being a little crazy at times doesn’t help things either).

Now Bryan Doell has recreated the enormous mutant in costume form, and it’s outstanding. To say it was a work of love and patience would be understating it, as the project took Doell around two years, and was done completely from scratch. He posted pictures of the completed suit on his Facebook page with the following caption.

“I did it. I freaking did it. Been talking about it for two years, and I did it. My lifesize Juggernaut costume is done. I can’t even express what I’m feeling right now, this project pushed me to work outside of the box, way out of my comfort zone, and now it’s done. 100% scratch built, hand carved, freehanded, gigantic awesomeness. Shout out to Steven K Smith at SKS Props for providing awesome play by play on his Warcraft Orc build that pushed me to pull the trigger on this. Thanks to my Kaiju brother Corey Harrison at Grand Artiface for pushing me to “go big” and do something different. Thanks to National Foam Products for hooking me up with the materials I needed to make this. MegaCon, here comes THE JUGGERNAUT.”

For those going to MegaCon, don’t be surprised to see Juggernaut walking the halls, though it will be quite funny to see such a massive character attempting to bend down to use the water fountain. Hope he brings some bottled water for the trip.
