Stan Lee is a certified cameo master. The iconic comic book creator is known for his on-screen cameos in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but many may not have noticed the writer's more subtle television appearances. Stan Lee has cameoed in all of Marvel's Netflix series, and fans have just spotted his bit part in Luke Cage.

Netflix recently posted a new trailer for Luke Cage to Youtube, and eagle-eyed fans spotted Stan Lee amongst the footage. At about 2:05, you can see a poster that features Stan Lee's mug on it. The picture is of him dressed as a police officer, and the poster acts as a PSA for crime-catchers. The poster reads, "See a crime? Report it!"

Given Marvel's love for continuity, the police officer cameo definitely isn't a first for Stan Lee. In fact, several of his small screen bits have seen him tote a badge.

In Daredevil, the blink-and-you'll-miss-it shot appeared halfway through the first season's finale. Fans can see a picture of Stan Lee hanging on the wall of the Hell's Kitchen Police Precinct. The very same picture even appears in Jessica Jones.

However, Stan Lee broke away from the character for his cameo on Agents of SHIELD. The actor appeared in Season 1 where he was bookended by two very pretty ladies. Stan's character takes a moment to talk with Fitz and Simmons, two members of Coulson's team, during a train ride.

And, in Agent Carter, the comic creator cameos in "The Blitzkrieg Button." He plays a shoe-shine customer who asks Howard Stark if he could borrow the the sports section of his newspaper.

Of course, fans are hopeful that Stan Lee will continue his cameo legacy in Iron Fist when the series hits Netflix - even if it is just through an obscure photo.

Recently, fans got confirmation that Stan Lee was making good on his big screen bits as Kevin Feige confirmed the legend had filmed four cameos for four upcoming Marvel flicks.

The Head of Marvel Studios said, "A couple of months ago in Atlanta, he flew down and we shot four in one day -- for four various projects. They're all awesome! They're all totally different. And he was unbelievable. He was on fire. He came in, he sat here, he stood there, he stood in this window, and then he went home."

Fans will remember that Stan even commented on these cameos earlier this year. However, at the time, reports surfaced that the writer had only filmed three cameos during his visit to Atlanta. At Canada's Fan Expo, Stan confirmed he had filmed three clips for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Spider-Man: Homecoming, and Doctor Strange. As for what the fourth cameo might be, fans are speculating the footage may be used for Thor: Ragnarok or even Avengers: Infinity War as the ensemble blockbuster is prepping to shoot down south.
