Recently in the Thor comic book miniseries The Unworthy Thor there was a big storyline revolving around the Thunder God trying to reclaim his glory, after Jane Foster has taken over possession of Mjolnir, and become the new Thor. Odinson finds a glimmer of hope when Beta Ray Bill informs him of a second Mjolnir somewhere in the Marvel Universe - the "Ultimate Mjolnir" that was wielded by the Thor of the now-dead ultimate universe.
Few fans probably are aware of how potentially important that Unworthy Thor storyline is - but now they'll definitely be taking notice, because some new Avengers: Infinity War concept art has revealed a potential big Marvel Cinematic Universe spoiler, as Thor Looks to be wielding Ultimate Mjolnir in the film!

Now that we've seen it, let's talk about why/how Thor ends up with a new weapon (whatever it may be) besides his familiar hammer. If half of what we heard about Thor Ragnarok is true, then Thor could have have his hammer either shattered in battle, or be stripped of this "worthiness" to wield it, somehow (probably the former). The question is how/when he finds time to locate, build, or become endowed with Ultimate Mjolnir: It would seem more likely to be part of Thor: Ragnarok's storyline, as Avengers: Infinity War will be plenty busy with its large swath of characters and storylines.
The other popular theory right now is that the weapon is in fact Jarnbjorn, Thor's iconic battle axe, adapted for the MCU.
One thing is for certain: it's a big enough change that they can't just let it be one of the gaps between a solo film and Avengers film that no one bothers to explain. Mjolnir has its own star power in the MCU - so fans are going to need explanation.
