Earlier this week, DrMachakil released a humorous video in which he used footage from from Marc Webb’s The Amazing Spider-Man film series to make it appear as Andrew Garfield‘s Peter Parker got choked-up watching the first Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer.

The video, which was posted on YouTube, has been viewed nearly a quarter of a million times. With that amount of success/interest, there had to be a sequel, and here it is!

Yesterday, DrMachakil dropped a follow-up video that features footage from Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man franchise, showing Tobey Maguire‘s Peter Parker watching “Andrew Garfield reacts to Spider-Man: Homecoming Trailer.” At the very end of it, Maguire’s Parker gives Garfield’s Parker the uplifting pep talk he so desperately needs.

In less than 24 hours, “Tobey Maguire reacts to Andrew Garfield reacting to Spider-Man: Homecoming Trailer” has surpassed its predecessor, having been viewed over 830K times.

A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming.Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.). Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine โ€“ distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man โ€“ but when the Vulture (Michael Keaton) emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.

The cast features Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, Zendaya, Donald Glover, Jacob Batalon, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori, Tyne Daly, Bokeem Woodbine, with Marisa Tomei, and Robert Downey Jr.. It also includes Jon Favreau, Martin Starr, Kenneth Choi, Michael Mando, Selenis Leyva, Isabella Amara, Jorge Lendeborg, Jr., JJ Totah, Hannibal Buress, and Jacob Batalon.

The film is being directed by Jon Watts (Cop Car), based on a screenplay by Jonathan Goldstein & John Francis Daley (Vacation reboot) and Jon Watts & Christopher Ford and Chris McKenna & Erik Sommers.

The film is produced by Marvel boss Kevin Feige and former Sony boss Amy Pascal. Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Patricia Whitcher, Jeremy Latcham, and Stan Lee are serving as Executive Producers.
