When you voice one of the most celebrated Disney characters in recent history, you’re going to have to dress up like the characters from the movie. Especially if your daughter is a fan.

Kristen Bell, who voices Anna in Frozen, posted a picture of her Halloween costume this year and, to very little surprise, it was the Disney princess’ older sister, Elsa. Giving the camera a little side-eye, Bell used the caption to reveal that her daughter is the one who came up with the matching costume idea.
“When your daughter demands you BOTH be ELSA for Halloween,” Bell writes, “you GRIN AND FORKING BEAR IT. #halloween.”
Bearing a striking resemblance to the character, despite voicing her younger sister. Bell didn’t seem overly excited to put on Elsa’s outfit, but made it clear that she’d do anything for her little girl.
Bell also managed to sneak a little tease to one of her other current roles in her caption. She used “forking” as an obvious replacement for an expletive, which comes from the NBC hit sitcom, The Good Place. On the show, Bell’s character Eleanor is sent to the afterlife and, in the Good Place, she can’t swear. So, Eleanor often ends up saying things like “What the fork?” and “She’s a real bench.”
Even though Bell may not have wanted to don the Elsa dress for Halloween, she’ll get to jump back into the Frozen world as Anna very soon. Olaf’s Frozen Adventure, a short film featuring the main Frozen characters, is set to debut ahead of Disney/Pixar’s Coco in November. Frozen 2 is also in development, with the highly-anticipated sequel set to hit theaters on November 27, 2019.
