With so many wonderful geek properties out there to pick from, it can be hard to narrow down your favorite. Luckily there is probably a favorite of yours in artist NumyYumy’s portfolio, as her work includes beautiful artwork from a myriad of fan favorite franchises.

NumyYumy is a digital illustrator whose work is flush with smooth lines and warm colors. All of her lines have a smoothness to them, which comes in handy when she has to individually draw every strand of Merida’s hair. Her attention to detail is impressive, and if you need an example just look at Mulan’s eyes for proof.
NumyYumy also has a knack for expressions, as evidenced in the Ariana Grande, Hermione, and Daenerys Targaryen pieces. Her skill with skin tones and make her characters feel real atop of her stylized backgrounds.
If there’s a favorite, it has to be that aforementioned Merida piece, which not only includes the character’s trademark ringlets but also features a lifelike face and beautiful stunning eyes. At times it’s easy to forget that her work isn’t actually animated.
