After yesterday’s leaked Game Stop shipment report revealed a few Star Wars: The Last Jedi characters would be receiving entries in Hasbro’s the Black Series of figures, now another toy site slipped another significant reveal from the upcoming film.
Rumors swirling around the set indicated that Kylo Ren would receive an updated starship—a fighter instead of his command shuttle from Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

The shop Mikado.li posted a listing for a Star Wars: The Last Jedi product from Hot Wheels revealing what appears to be Kylo Ren’s new vehicle. The page has since been taken down, but the product photograph showed a TIE Fighter Interceptor-esque model.
The image was saved by Making Star Wars before it was removed. They say the images match up with the reports they heard of the new ship he’s given by Supreme Leader Snoke to help make up for his failures depicted in Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

So apparently the former Ben Solo will be packing some new firepower when he goes up against the Resistance in the stars. It’s still not clear how frequently he’ll make use of the new ship in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, but we’ll take any excuse we can to get a new collector’s item.
Now if they’ll make a LEGO and Black Series version of this vehicle, we’ll be more than satisfied to put it on our shelves alongside all of the other starships we’ve collected over Star Wars’ 40-year history.
