Helluva Boss Makes Changes To Series Following Amazon Arrival

Helluva Boss has arrived on Amazon Prime Video, joining its “sister series” Hazbin Hotel on the streaming service with I.M.P.’s first and second seasons available to stream. Luckily, for fans who were first introduced to Blitzo and company on YouTube, the Hellaverse series is still available online to watch for free. In a wild twist, it appears as though some changes have been made to the installments that arrived on Amazon, and it might not be what fans expected to see. Breathe a sigh of relief Helluva Boss fans, but said changes might make the series better than it originally was.

Fans are spotting some big changes that are being made to Helluva Boss on Amazon Prime Video, but said changes are mostly upgrades to the animation and changing elements to reflect the continuity of the series. One fan has taken to social media to chronicle several of the big changes made, sharing what they can find regarding I.M.P.’s big changes. For the most part, the changes do not shift the story in any way and are mostly cosmetic, shifting things like Blitzo’s expressions, backgrounds, shading, colors, and various other elements that help the series to pop a little bit more. You can check out the Helluva Boss changes that fans have spotted below.

One of the biggest elements that fans have been excited to see with Helluva Boss arriving on Amazon Prime Video is the potential crossover with Charlie Morningstar and the other residents of the Hazbin Hotel. Earlier this year, we had the opportunity to chat with Hellaverse writer, and voice of Blitzo, Brandon Rogers about the future crossover and how hungry fans are to learn more.

“Nearly every con, I have a fan approach me about the crossover, asking if I can tell them what’s going to happen. Could you imagine if I told you, right here, right now, you’re 14 years old and I’m going to tell you? I think it’s really cool that so many people want to know so bad, because it means that they’re super invested in it. I understand the dopamine release and need for stuff like that, so it’s such an honor to be a part of it. I do respect it.”

Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss have both been confirmed for four seasons, though the latter will end when the fourth season arrives. Since the beginning, both Vivienne Medrano and Brandon Rogers have had an idea as to how the story of I.M.P. will end in season four. With this conclusion set in stone, the question arises as to whether or not Blitzo and friends might become fixtures in Hazbin Hotel when their own series ends. Needless to say, we’ll be along for the ride when it comes to everything related to the Hellaverse.
