Marvel Studios has released a new television spot for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
The new television spot is a Guardians of the Galaxy role call listing off the team's heroes: Drax, Rocket, Baby Groot, Gamora, and...Star-Munch?
Check out the spot in the video above and you'll see that Peter "Star-Lord" Quill does not appreciate or acknowledge the new nickname that Rocket has bestowed upon him.
This is the fifth television spot released for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. So far the film's marketing has played up the dysfunctional family chemistry between the members of the Guardians of the Galaxy with everything from Rocket unsuccessfully searching for tape in a trailer to Drax loudly slurping his soup in another preview. This may seem a strange campaign for any other movie, but this kind of laughable weirdness is part of the charm of the Guardians of the Galaxy.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 currently has a 4.31 out of 5 ComicBook user anticipation rating, making it third most anticipated comic book movie and sixth most anticipated movie overall among ComicBook.com readers.
