When a fan asked the Iron Fist Twitter account if its protagonist, Danny Rand, would win in a fight against Daredevil‘s Matt Murdock, the account responded in a perfectly passive way, perhaps hinting at Danny’s dynamic with the rest of his soon-to-be teammates.
@BaireJoe Not in a rush to find out. How about you, @Daredevil?

This sparked responses from the accounts associated with the fellow Netflix shows. Daredevil‘s focused on the fact that the team of mismatched vigilantes needs to stick together, while Jessica Jones‘ responses was a little less peachy.
@Daredevil @MarvelIronFist @BaireJoe Blah blah blah team blah blah justice blah blah

While the account for Luke Cage was missing from this initial exchange, it was quickly summoned by a fan’s reply, and provided a hilarious dig at the whole deal to begin with.

All of these accounts have become known for responding to tweets in the voice of their main characters, sparked by Jessica Jones‘ responses to negative tweets when the show premiered in 2015.
While this Twitter exchange doesn’t reveal much about The Defenders itself, it does give us a small taste – in less that 140 characters – of what the dynamic between these four heroes is going to be like.
