Kingdom Hearts 4 Rumor Reveals All of the Game’s Worlds

Kingdom Hearts 4 may have way more worlds than Kingdom Hearts 3.

A new Kingdom Hearts 4 rumor is making the rounds for revealing all of the different worlds players will be visiting while playing the Square Enix game. It has been three years since the announcement of Kingdom Hearts 4 in 2022. Since then, Square Enix has said virtually nothing about the Kingdom Hearts 3 sequel. Back in May, we got new screenshots, but this has been basically it since 2022. Unfortunately, this has not changed, but what we do have is a new, unofficial rumor about the game.

The new rumor comes the way of an anonymous Square Enix insider who shared some new information about the game via an online server. To accompany their claims, the insider provided what they claim to be an internal Square Enix document. This document has not been verified, but it’s enough to have the attention of Kingdom Hearts fans desperate for new intel on KH4.

The Leaked Worlds

The leaker provides Kingdom Hearts 4 fans with a list of 21 different worlds: The Final World, Quadratum, The Mysterious Tower, Underworld, Moana, Game Central Station, Niceland, Cybug Sector, Candy Kingdom, Zootopia, Metroville, XDA, Land of the Dead, Inside World, Galaxy World, Radiant Garden, Destiny Island, WF, Scala Ad Caelum (which could tie into a rumored Mickey Mouse plotline),ย The Princess and the Frog, Merida, and WALL-E.

Obviously, some of these are vague or placeholders or both, but there is some interesting Disney IP here, like WALL-E and Zootopia. Kingdom Hearts 3 notably only had 12 worlds if you count Realm of Darkness, so for there to be 21 worlds would be a substantial upgrade in size and ambition. For those curious, the first Kingdom Hearts game had 13 worlds, while Kingdom Hearts 2 had 15 worlds. 12, 13, and 15 are all in the same ballpark. 21 would be a bit of a surprise.

This list is seemingly missing Winnie the Pooh, which has been present in every Kingdom Hearts game so far. Some fans think this is a red flag; however, Kingdom Hearts 3 did seemingly tie up that world, so its red flag status is debatable.

At the moment of publishing, Square Enix has not commented on this new rumor, which, of course, should be taken with a grain of salt. And considering Square Enix never comments on rumors or speculation, we do not expect this to change. If it does, though, we will update the story accordingly. Meanwhile, feel free to leave a comment letting us know what you think. What worlds would you like to see in Kingdom Hearts 4?
