Since its initial launch, Disney Dreamlight Valley continues to expand. The game receives frequent free updates each year, adding new characters, quests, items, and more. But Gameloft has also expanded the world even more with its paid DLC expansions. These larger add-ons let players explore beyond the main Valley to uncover new worlds full of Disney characters and special quest mechanics. Now, Disney Dreamlight Valley has revealed its third expansion pack, and it just might be the best one yet.

On September 3rd, Disney Dreamlight Valley officially revealed the Wishblossom Ranch DLC in a YouTube premiere trailer. The video gave players a first look at the new world this pack will add, including the new characters and exciting new features it will bring. Gameloft has also confirmed that the expansion will be out in November, with a larger gameplay reveal on the way to drop even more details.
Disney Dreamlight Valley Wishblossom Ranch Gives Us Horses to Ride
We’ll lean into the highlight here. Those horses Disney Dreamlight Valley is adding with this DLC? Yes, you can ride them. Not only will you care for horses on the ranch, but they will become the game’s first rideable mounts. As you can see, horses aren’t the only new addition to Disney Dreamlight Valley with this expansion. The trailer also hints at the new characters who will be a part of the Wishblossom Ranch world. Snow White, a long-awaited classic Disney Princess addition to the game, will finally be joining the Valley. Along with her, it looks like Wishblossom Ranch is also home to the feisty fairy, Tinkerbell.
The Wishblossom Ranch world has an Alpine theme, with snow-capped buildings, trees, and mountains. Players will be able to customize their horse and their ranch to make a new farm home of their own in this expansion to the main Valley. And that’s not all. There’s technically one more character tucked into this DLC, in the form of a new and more interactive animal companion than ever before.
In addition to Snow White and Tinkerbell, one of the horses on the Ranch will also look pretty familiar. Maximus from Tangled will be joining the Valley, so players can befriend and ride this iconic and spirited character. Just try not to let him get too close to Flynn Rider.
We don’t have many of the nitty-gritty details for this new DLC just yet. However, Gameloft plans to host a showcase on October 15th. At that time, the developers will dig deeper into the specifics for the latest expansion to Disney Dreamlight Valley. It’s likely that we’ll also get the specific release date during that showcase. For now, we know that we can look forward to riding horses and finally meeting Snow White this November.
Disney Dreamlight Valley is available on PC, Mac, Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. The Wishblossom Ranch expansion will arrive for all supported platforms in November. The price hasn’t yet been revealed, but will likely be similar to that of previous expansions.
